Before you schedule your appointment you should contact your insurance carrier and ask the following questions before filing for reimbursement:

Our private pay rates for fully licensed therapists (LCMHC) are as follows.

  •   Intake/Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins.) 175.00

  • Individual Therapy (53-60 mins) 140.00

  • Couples Therapy and Family Therapy (53-60 mins) 150.00

  • Premarital Counseling (53-60 mins) 100.00

  • Coaching and Wellness (53-60 mins) 100.00 

Our private pay rates for our provisionally licensed therapists (LCMHCA’s) are as follows.

  • Intake/Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins.) 150.00

  • Individual Therapy (53-60 mins) 125.00

  • Couples Therapy and Family Therapy (53-60 mins) 135.00

  • Premarital Counseling (53-60 mins) 50.00

  • Coaching and Wellness (53-60 mins) 50.00 

Our rates for counseling interns are as follows.

  •  Intake/Comprehensive Assessment (90 mins.) 45.00

  • Individual Therapy (53-60 mins) 45.0

Please contact our staff directly if payment is an obstacle for you as financial concerns may be taken into consideration and handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not want fees to hinder your decision to seek professional counseling. While we understand that on occasion circumstances arise that are out of our control, please be aware any session canceled without a 24-hour notice will be charged a no-show fee that is to be paid at the beginning of the next scheduled session.
